Skipton Landscape Plan

Building Stronger Corangamite Communities (Corangamite Shire) and Skipton Progress Association has committed to spend $10,000 to improve the look of Skipton through tree-planting and landscaping and is asking residents to take part in a survey. There is also a grant application pending regarding improvements to Skipton’s streetscape, including improved footpath linkages.

In 2002, Landscape Designers visited Skipton. Landscaping issues were identified as well as opportunities for improvement. We need to know from the Community if these recommendations are still relevant.

The Plan will provide a framework for ongoing improvements to Skipton. The nature of these improvements have not yet been determined and the community’s input into the decision making process is critical.

The survey will run from Monday 16th June to Monday 30th June 2014.

Here is a link to complete the survey online.

Thanks for participating!
